water aerobics time slot to swim some laps.
Water aerobics allows
participants to reap the same benefits as out of water aerobics, and
then some. Water aerobics allows a person to exercise every muscle and
every joint in the body all at the same time. Water aerobics causes
less strain and stress on joints and muscles, so almost anyone, no
matter their age, can participate in water aerobics. Also, water
aerobics are cooler for the body, especially in the summertime heat, as
the water cools off the body during the entire workout.
