On Saturday, May 17th from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., the Fairmont Area Chamber of Commerce will hold a Leaf Disposal in Fairmont. Two locations are available for leaf disposal, Winnebago Diamonds and Gomsrud Park. ONLY LEAVES AND GRASS CLIPPINGS will be accepted. Customers will be charged $0.50 per bag and will be required to dump their own bags.

The disposal locations ARE NOT drop sites. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE BAGS PRIOR TO OR AFTER THE SCHEDULED DISPOSAL TIME.

If you are impaired or a senior citizen living in Fairmont and have no other way to get your leaves to the Leaf Disposal, please call the Chamber office at 507-235-5547 by Friday, May 16th. The Early Risers Kiwanis will pick-up your bags at your home on the day of the pick-up between 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
