Overview
The Board of Zoning Appeals is appointed by the City Council.The board's duties include hearing variance
requests from the literal provision of Chapter 26 "Zoning" of the City Code;
hearing appeals where there maybe an error in requirement, decision or
determination by a zoning officer in regards to Chapter 26 and holding public
hearings on the variance requests or appeals.
