Meeting of the Fairmont Area Youth Council held on Monday, January 15, 2007 at the Fairmont City Hall Council Chambers

2. Roll Call - If at least 5 members are present state that we have a quorum for tonight’s meeting.

- Youth Activities Expo

- Brainstorm additional organizations

- Brainstorm potential activities for the organization

- Begin working on youth map

- Dance: January 19

- Arrive at 7:00 p.m.

- Conducted from 8:00 – 11:30 p.m.

- We are responsible for assisting with clean-up and DJ tear-down

- Treats

- Pizza, pop and hot chocolate for sale (pricing signs)

- Gummy treats, chips, and popcorn free

- Any last minute items???

- Kick Butts Day

- Wednesday, March 28

- Abbey T-shirt campaign ideas

- Additional project ideas

- Need to determine projects to apply for grant
