Meeting of the Fairmont Area Youth Council held on Monday, April 7, 2008 at Fairmont City Hall Council Chambers

 

2. Roll Call - If at least 4 members are present state that we have a quorum for tonight’s meeting.

            - Youth Council Shirts: Abbey

                        - Who is our supplier?

                        - How much would they cost?

                        - When would they start the shirts and be finished with them?

5. New Business

             - April 22 – Youth Expo

                        - What game will be using? Shauna’s Wheel?

                        - How are the supplies, the game, and a card table, going to get to the school?

                        - Who is going to get the supplies there?

                        - Who is going to work the event?

                        - Do we want to have a drawing for a door prize?

                                    - If yes, what?

                        - Betsy will have a Youth Council Sign, Brochures, Pencils, and the prizes for the game. What else do we need?

            - Knights of Columbus Dance – June 13th from 8:30 – 12:00 p.m.

                        - Split Cost of DJ

                        - Advertising

                                    - How?

                                    - Where?

                                    - Who is going to get the posters ready?

                                    - When should we create the posters? When should we hang the posters?

                                               

6. Other Business

            -    City Council Meeting on 4/14 & 4/28 @ 5:30 p.m.

 

7. Next Meeting Date(s):           April 24??? Maybe meet prior to April 22 (Youth Expo, if needed)
