Jesse: Thank
everyone for coming to the meeting. State that we will now conduct an official
meeting of the youth council. If anyone has any questions, please raise your
hand and we will address them at that time.
Abbey: Please
ask members to go around the room, state their name, position on the council,
grade, and their favorite thing about being a member of the youth council.

Business
- As a reminder…attendance at
regular youth council meetings is expected from all members. Anyone unable to
attend a meeting must contact an officer (Abbey or myself
- Jesse) or Betsy in order for your absence to be excused. Three unexcused
absences by a council member will result in a contact from an officer to notify
dismissal from the council.
- By all means, please
try to attend all youth council meetings as we need each and everyone’s help to
make the youth council a successful organization.
