Meeting of the Fairmont Area Youth Council held on Tuesday, September 02, 2008 at Fairmont City Hall Council Chambers

Service project at the Martin County Humane Society to be held immediately after the meeting.

- Betsy will make signs before next meeting for review

- Food – Do you want free treats? – see attached dance revenue/expense sheet

- Admission – What do you want to charge?

Discussed a reduced rate if a canned food item for Salvation Army was brought?

5. New Business

- Red Ribbon Week – October 23-31

- Shauna & Casey: Did you get/can you get school approval for our projects before next meeting?

- Look at what we did last year.

- What do we want to do this year?

- Can we have some of it done before the next meeting?

6. Other Business

- City Council: Do we want to meet with them quarterly vs monthly?
