Minutes from the FAYC Meeting

Monday, March 29, 2004

 

  1. The meeting is called to order at 7:08 p.m. central time in the City Hall Chambers.
  2. Present members:  Tom, Kendra, Kimbra, & Tyler

Absent members: Shanna, Jon, & Colby

  1. Motion was made and the Minutes from the March 22 meeting were passed.
  2. Chaperones: The council agreed that the chaperones need to be sent a reminder about the dance and a time to be there. Betsy will take care of these.
  3. Opera House set-up: The council will be at the Opera House on Saturday around 4:15 in order to help the Dj bring in his equipment, put up signs, etc. We will be having pizza, pop, and a treat around 5:15.
  4. Movies:  Kendra owns both of the movies that we will be showing. She gave them to Betsy
  5. Suckers:  We were planning on distributing the suckers on Thursday, April 1, however there is a band contest that day. The council decided to pass out suckers on Wednesday, March 31.
  6. Work Schedule: The council stated that the work schedule looks good. There were two changes that were made. Council members will receive an updated schedule in the mail and on Saturday.
  7. Prizes: Jon – movie tickets     Tyler – Hair, Etc tickets.
  8. Meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m. The council members stayed after the meeting and hung out.
