Minutes from the FAYC Meeting

Monday, April 26, 2004

 

  1. The meeting is called to order at 7:00 p.m. central time in the Fairmont City Hall Council Chambers.

 

  1. Absent members:  Colby Whitmore, Tyler Kettwich, Kendra Tevedal, Tom Earhart.

 

 

  1. Motion was made and the Minutes from the April 19 meeting were passed.

 

  1. City Council:  Jon is going to try to make the meeting on the 10th. (Shanna & Kimbra ???)

 

 

  1. Summer Activities:  We will discuss the 24 - Hour Relay Challenge at the next meeting.

 

  1. Krispy Kreme Doughnuts: The council decided they will pre-sell Krispy Kreme doughnuts from May 3 to May 14. Doughnuts will be available for pick-up at the City Hall Council Chambers on Friday, May 21 from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. The council members will be meeting this coming Saturday to receive the Krispy Kreme information packets and to start selling the doughnuts. Proceeds will be used for this summer’s youth acitivity.
