Minutes from October 25, 2005 Meeting

 

  1. The meeting was called to order at 4:35 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers

 

  1. Unexcused absence – Amber Ebeling

 

  1. Minutes from the October 3, 2005 meeting were passed

 

  1. Council reviewed schedule
    1. One change – Jon unable to work Glows Auction. Abbey & Ryan took his place

 

  1. New Business
    1. Red Ribbon Week

-          Everything going good. Nothing last minute. Nothing to discuss.

    1. Dance

-          Friday, October 28 from 8-midnight @ Opera House. DJ: Kern Brothers Entertainment

-          We will set-up at 6:00 p.m. & have pizza/pop for supper

-          Chaperones

1.         Officer Bleess

2.       Chaperones will work from 7:45 – midnight.

3.      Chaperones: Ken & Barb G, Paul & Darien M. & Kay Somberg

-          Everyone got posters and is to see that they are put up

-          Betsy to purchase tarp supplies & drop off at FHS for Jesse

  1. Other Business
    1. Council tabled FAYC website, brochure, etc. to next meeting.
    2. City Council Meeting Schedule: Monday Nov 14th – Nathan       Monday Nov 28th – Amber

 

  1. Next Meeting – Tuesday, 6:30 p.m. @ Bowlmor. Council to have Pizza, Pop and to bowl.
