Fairmont Area Youth Council

Minutes from November 8, 2005 Informal Meeting

 

 

Council met at Bowlmor Lanes in Fairmont for a night of fun!!! Before the fun began, the council  discussed the following:

 

FAYC Dance

-          Justa updated the council on the dance and its success

-          We were very disappointed in those who didn’t help out!!!

 

Budget Information

-          Council quickly reviewed our estimated budget

-          Everyone seemed to agree that we are on track

-          We may review this at our next meeting

 

Service Projects

-          Bell Ringing: Council approved to do this for our Nov. Service Project

-          Council will sign up for dates/times at our next meeting

 

Schedule/Next Meeting

-          Council reviewed schedule and voted to have next meeting Tuesday, Nov. 22 @ 7:00

-          We will be having pizza and pop
