Fairmont Area Youth Council

Minutes from June 1, 2004 Meeting

1. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers.

2. Absence Members: Shanna, Jon, Kendra, & Tom

3. The minutes from the May 24^th meeting were not read. They will be read at the next meeting.

4. Summer Activity – The council members reviewed the summer activity information. It was approved by all council members present.

5. County Market Food Stand – The council members will be manning the County Market Food Stand on June 3 from 10:30 to 4:00 p.m. Council members signed up for a shift to work at the Food Stand.

6. Summer Event – The council members voted to discuss this more at the next meeting.

7. Next Meeting – The FAYC will be meeting on Monday, June 7, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at the Fairmont Aquatic Park – Outside Picnic Area. They will have pizza and discuss their direction for the summer.

8. The meeting was adjourned at 7:25 p.m.
