Performing community service projects is a top prority for the Fairmont Area Youth Council. Service projects allow us to help others, are fun for all parties involved, and give us a new outlook on life. Some of the service projects the youth council have participated in are listed below:

• Stepping Stones Area Learning Center - Puppet Play
• Lakeview Methodist Retirement Home - Fall Door Decorations
• Decorated pumpkins for Lakeview Methodist Home and older individuals in the community

  (Two FAYC members represented the council as Glows Auction hosts)
